Cooking Instructions
Boil:
1-Use water or fruit juice to cover the joint.
2-Bring to the boil and allow to simmer.
3-Cook for the optimum time: 20 minutes per 450g PLUS and additional 20 minutes.
Roast:
1-Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
2-Place gammon in large roasting tray
3-Cover with foil
4-Cook for the optimum time:Allow 30 minutes per 450g PLUS an additional 30 minutes
4-Remove foil and add your favourite glaze in the final 20 minutes of cooking
