Minced Beef is a staple of a butcher’s trade, but nowadays the focus is often making the beef go as far as possible. Our approach for our classic mince is different, and hasn’t changed for generations.
The beasts used are in their prime, grass fed, and sourced from farms that produce consistent beef, while the cuts used promise ample marbling and fat content for proper flavour and colouring.
