Cooking Instructions
1) Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees / Gas 5
2) Smear butter over the crown and season well
3) Place into roasting bag or tray (Skin-side up)
4) Roast for 70 minutes PLUS 20 minutes per KG
5) Remove from oven and allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving
Ensure meats reach 85 degrees internally and juices are running clear before consumption.
