The Lamb Loin is the most tender part of the lamb. Like the T-Bone Steak, lamb loin is found running down the spine towards the muscular hindquarters, mimicking a mini T-bone steak.

Our Single Loin Chops are cut from the Rack into individual portions full of flavour.

Best served slightly pink with accompanying Rosemary sauce.

Approximately 120g (per portion).
