Oven cook at 180/Gas 4 for the advised times:
Medium- Cook for 25 minutes per 450g, PLUS 25 minutes.
Well-done- Cook for 30 minutes per 450g, PLUS 30 minutes.
Raw products should be cooked thoroughly.
